Alex has spent the past 15 years working as a winemaker and oak barrel consultant based in South Australia. He has worked for the likes of Geoff Merrill Wines and Boars Rock. Alex understands the importing and use of new oak, as well as with various forms of barrel rejuvenation technologies.
Alex has an extensive knowledge of the role played by oak in the wine maturation process and how the RenewOak process can be adopted as part of an overall barrel management plan.

Originally a mechanical engineer, Kim has held senior executive roles in significant corporates and has extensive strategic management consulting experience. He has recognised expertise in the commercialisation of new technology and has established and developed new technology-based businesses.

Hugh is a 40-year veteran of the Australian wine industry. A graduate of Roseworthy Agricultural College SA and the German Wine Academy, he has held senior marketing and production positions in ASX listed and private wine companies. Through his experience, Hugh has a great understanding of both the winemaking process and the economics of the winery. He currently consults to a range of winemakers and continues to make his own wine.
